Returns are the customer's responsibility. You have 14 days after delivery, provided the items are still in perfect condition. Please send us an email to initiate the return request and explain the problem. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. Don't forget to write your order number on your package for faster processing of your return.

Rives collections will only be able to make a refund within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
